Care Instructions: • Cold machine wash with similar colours • Wash inside out • Do not bleach • Do not tumble dry • Line dry in shade • Warm iron inside out if needed • Do not dry clean


Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage and keep the fabric feeling soft.

We accept returns for damaged or faulty products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and in the same condition you received it. If you wish to exchange your product, please reach out to us with your order details and the item/s you'd like to exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

Please contact our customer service team at mooodyapparel@gmail.com for return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns or exchanges, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
