We accept returns for damaged or faulty products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and in the same condition you received it. If you wish to exchange your product, please reach out to us with your order details and the item/s you'd like to exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

Please contact our customer service team at mooodyapparel@gmail.com for return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
